Old concrete broken out and small structures taken down in Sapulpa and the Creek County ground around it. Loaded, hauled off and graded back.
Driveways, patios, slabs and footings broken out and loaded. Rebar and all.
Sheds, barns, carports, detached garages and other small structures taken down and cleared off.
Old foundations and footings broken out, including what is under grade.
Everything leaves the property. The hole gets filled and the site is left level.

Sapulpa is the Creek County seat, southwest of Tulsa where Route 66 and the Turner Turnpike run through. There is older housing stock in town and acreage outside it.
If the thing in the way is an old slab, a cracked driveway or a detached garage on a lot in town, Justin takes it out. If it is a barn, a shed or a carport on acreage outside town, he takes that down too. Either way it is loaded and hauled off as part of the same quote.
You call or send the form. Justin comes out and looks at what is coming down, what it is sitting on, and how a machine gets to it. He tells you plainly if a machine will not fit or if fence has to come down to get in. You get a fixed number before anything starts.
Then he shows up and runs the machine himself. The concrete or the structure comes out, gets loaded and leaves. Voids get filled and the area gets graded back.
The power, gas and water to it need to be shut off and disconnected by the utility. Oklahoma law requires a call to OKIE811 before digging so buried lines get marked. Sapulpa has older housing and aging service lines, so that call matters here.
Many cities want a permit before a building is demolished, so check with the city before a date is set. Anything that needs abatement or a permitted demolition contractor gets flagged before the job starts, not halfway through it.
Concrete gets broken out, rebar and all. The ground underneath gets cut back to grade so whatever comes next has a sound base. Justin does not pour concrete or asphalt. He does build and repair gravel drives, and long gravel drives are common around Sapulpa. See driveway installation and repair.
There is more detail on the concrete removal and tear-out page and the shed, garage and barn demolition page.
A tear-out is usually the first step in something else. The two things people ask for most in Sapulpa are backhoe work and land clearing. After the demolition the site can go straight into excavation and backhoe work, or land clearing if brush has grown in around the old building.
For everything else he does here, see the Sapulpa page. The main demolition page covers Tulsa, and there is a page for demolition in Sand Springs. In Creek County he also works in Kiefer, Kellyville and Mounds, and next door in Glenpool. The full list is on the service areas page.
Yes. Sapulpa is in Creek County, inside the area Justin runs day to day around Tulsa. Estimates are free and he comes out and looks at the job himself.
Small structures, yes. Sheds, barns, carports and detached garages are taken down and cleared off. Anything that needs abatement or a permitted demolition contractor gets flagged before the job starts, not halfway through it.
Yes. Breaking it out is only half the job. Loading and hauling is quoted with it so there is no pile left behind.
Always, before anything gets dug. Oklahoma811 is free and it is the law.
Call (918) 240-3392 or send the form on this page. Justin will set a time to come look at it, walk the job with you, and give you a fixed number before anything starts.
Most jobs end up being two or three of these at once, and they get quoted together.
