What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, the address or area the work is in, the kind of work you need and whatever you write in the description box.
The site does not ask for payment details, and there is nowhere on it to create an account.
What it is used for
Getting back to you about the job you asked about, and nothing else. Your details are not sold, rented or passed to anyone who is not working on your estimate.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for quoting and completing work, and for normal business records afterwards. If you would like your enquiry deleted, call (918) 240-3392 and ask.
Cookies and measurement
The site may use basic analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. It does not run advertising trackers.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on the estimate form, Earthworks by Justin may text you about your estimate, scheduling and project updates at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests in order to deliver the pages to you. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Neither of those is given your enquiry.

Cookie choices
This site stores one small setting in your browser to remember your cookie choice. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The live chat window is optional: it only loads if you allow Chat in the cookie banner, and it then sets its own cookies to keep the conversation going. Are estimates really free?
Yes, and they happen on site. Justin comes to the property, walks the job with you and gives you a fixed number before anything starts.
How far will you travel?
Tulsa and the towns around it, out through Rogers, Creek, Wagoner, Osage and Okmulgee counties. Whether a job further out makes sense depends on how big it is, so it is worth asking.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A half day of machine work is a normal job here. A lot of larger outfits will not quote one, which is why people end up calling.
