Why does my gravel drive keep washing out?

Almost always water. If the crown is flat or the ditch does not carry, every rain moves your rock. Rebuilding the surface without fixing the drainage is money spent twice.

Can you repair just the bad spots?

Yes, and often that is the honest answer. If only the approach and two low spots have failed, that is what gets quoted.

Do you pour concrete or asphalt drives?

No. This is dirt work, base and gravel. If you want concrete poured, Justin will tell you so rather than taking the job.
