How do I get on the list?

Call before the season if you can. Once a storm has started everyone rings at once, and people already on the list get cleared first.

Do you salt or sand?

Ask when you call. Whether that is part of the job depends on the property, and Justin will tell you plainly what he will and will not be doing.

Do you clear sidewalks and walkways?

Machines clear drives, lots and roads. Hand work around walks and steps is a different job, so say what you need when you call and it gets sorted out in the quote.
